What happens next?

Once we receive your complaint, we’ll review it and get in touch with you to establish the best way to help you with your complaint.

What should my complaint say?

Start by giving us your name, address and the best way to get hold of you. Then tell us:

  • What happened
  • When it happened
  • Who was involved
  • What was said or done
  • What kind of resolution you would like
